With over 11 years and 2,500 appraisal reports completed, I specialize in waterfront properties, and replacement cost analysis for home owner's insurance purposes. Recently, I received my certification from Bradford Technologies as a Collateral Valuation Specialist. This certification allows me to use software based regression analysis tools to augument my residential valuation products.
