| Introduction | I've been married for four years, have a three year old daughter, two dogs, two cats. I work full time. I have a trucker mouth, I don't mind a glass of wine...but I'll take something with good gin in any day. I have tattoos, my nose is pierced, and I like shoes, purses and trendy clothes that my ass can fit in. As far as cooking goes, I am a "dump and pour" kind of girl. I can usually watch a cooking show and emulate that recipe without too much work as long as it doesn't take random ingredients like cardamom (I mean, WTF is that?). I can get lazy if I don't constantly find new recipes to try. Food can be pretty boring if you don't mix it up often. Oh! And my daughter has a mild wheat and dairy allergy, so I try to go around that. We also try to avoid anything with enriched flour as much as possible and I sub out white sugar for Sucanat and Xylitol too..and use sprouted flour when I attempt to bake. For the purpose of this blog, my role will be geared toward finding alternatives to the "normal" recipes for the Vegan, Organic, All Natural people in the world. |

| Favorite Movies | Ummm..too many to count and it changes. If Fried Green Tomatoes is on TV, I will watch it every time. Boondock Saints pretty much kicks major arse. I like anything but horror movies. |

| Favorite Books | I've read thousands..how can you have a favorite? I tend to read more science fiction than anything. |

A black satin fitted dress with chunky red jewelry and some black Christian Louboutin heels (because they have red soles). Hey, you have to coordinate with your meal man!
