| Introduction | After attending my first concert in 1998 (it was Britney Spears opening up for *NSYNC-don't laugh!) I loved all the gossip that Britney might be dating Justin Timberlake. Once I was able to apply for internships, I have been involved in all aspects of entertainment. I started interning for Clear Channel Broadcasting (Y100.7) in Miami. I started off as an intern in the programming department,got hired in the promotions department and stayed there for about 2 years. My ambition to learn as much as I could from this industry which brought me to NYC to intern at Seventeen Magazine. While at 17 Magazine, I worked for MTV in NYC. After that summer in NYC, I came back to Florida for college and continued to work as a freelancer for MTV on award show planning. I focused on school and my sorority (Alpha Xi Delta) life for about a year but wanted to get involved in the industry again. So I applied for an internship at Irene Marie Models in South Beach. I was able to find my passion and craving which is celebrity entertainment! So as you can probably tell, I am obsessed with this industry! |
