Introduction	I am currently a junior at El Cerrito High School. I like to babysit and hang out with my wonderful friends in my minimal spare time. I am very excited to be a part of such an amazing program. I am looking forward to getting a taste of college life and touring the great colleges that the East Coast has to offer! When I was young my parents called me “the anthropologist” because while other babies looked at their feet or a shiny rattle, I was mesmerized by the people around me. So it’s no surprise that years later I am interested in studying sociology and neurology. I am fascinated by the way people think and the way they interact with the rest of the world. The leadership skills I take away from this program will be beneficial in becoming a female leader in the field of neurology and sociology whether it be a therapeutic or research setting.
