| Introduction | I'm in training for my first Ironman next August in Copenhagen. Despite finishing 3rd U25 at my first long distance race in 2008, my first full season was 2009. It started slowly but I have finally found my feet and have improved my half Ironman time by well over 2hrs down to 5hrs 13mins in just 4 months. I've started to take this triathlon thing quite seriously and am making huge leaps in performance almost every day. I enjoy being around the triathlon community and volunteer for RaceNewForest events and the British Triathlon Federation. I'm hoping to get enough sponsorship to pay for my racing. My aims for next year are to represent Great Britain at the European Long Distance Championships where I realistically hope to win a medal in the 20-24 age category and to finish Challenge Copenhagen in style.
