| Introduction | Me? Right now I am loving every minute of being able to stay at home with my three-year old son and seven-year-old daughter.
My heart is, and always will be, wrapped around my family, art, music and literature. I have a Literature and Writing Studies degree. I was originally going to teach high-school English, but by the time I finished my degree (I took the slow and painful ten-year path) I changed my mind. Quite frankly, teenagers scare me. Can't wait until I have two of my own! :) Art is my second passion. I discovered I could draw in college. Never though I could before that. I'm definitely no Erte or Nechita, but I'm working on it. When I get a spare moment or two, that is. I love how when I am drawing I lose all sense of being. I am in my fortress of paper and charcoal that neither noise nor time can penetrate. This year, I want to try oils and acrylics. They look so fun… so messy… so amazing! |
