Introduction	I love to eat and create foods that others experience with pleasure. There is nothing more satisfying than nourishing people and watching them delight in your food. I have long considered myself someone who eats everything - living with the motto: try everything twice (the first time may not be given fair chance). The list of things I've relished or sampled includes sauteed ants, pig heart, tripe, snails, jellyfish, cupcakes, macaroni and cheese, and empanadas. Recently, I found that my body was not dealing well with some of the things I was eating: gluten based products. This has caused me to learn to create edible treasures in a new way, and I'd like to help others do the same.
