A qualified IT specialist with over 10 years experience in database design and creation of computerized Monitoring and Evaluation Systems related to the rural sector. He has hands-on experience in design of management information systems in Kenya, Somalia, Zambia, Haiti, South Africa and USA. He has an extensive background in research, data management and analysis, monitoring and evaluation since 1985.
