| Introduction | 40 years old, married to Dawn. I work in a Kirklees secondary school managing a Resourced Provision for students with Autism. My running started in 1999 with a 53:18 10k at Barnsley, peaked in 2004-05 with a 73:40 HM and 2:42 marathon, peaked briefly again in 2009 with a 33:31 10k pb and has spluttered along since then with swine flu, cracked ribs and general fatigue.
