Introduction	I live in a small neighborhood on a ridge near a small Southwestern town. It's very quiet here--lots of white wing doves, cardinals, and hummingbirds. We hear owls at night, and once a beaver visited in our garage. The stars are very bright out here. One thing we don't have much of is traffic noise. This picture was taken the night I admitted that I am a has-been in Scrabble.
