| Introduction | Born in Liverpool and raised in Bootle, I come from a working class and quite political family. I am on the 'left' of the political spectrum and I'm a member of the Labour Party. I also adhere to a philosophy called existentialism, in the hope of making educated and well informed decisions, rather than expressing bigoted and dogmatic ideological preference. I have a BA Honours in Politics and a Ph.D. from the University of Liverpool. I'm in the Royal Navy. I might become a teacher/ lecturer at some point and will probably always be politically active; motivated, and perhaps hampered, by a genuine desire of making the world a more fair and equal place. |

| Favorite music | I am into all sorts of music.. but top bands/ artists: Brand New, Slipknot, Limp Bizkit, Bowling for Soup, John Lennon, Iron Maiden, Black Sabbath, New Found Glory, The Used, Newton Faulkner, Atreyu, Metallica, Red Hot Chilli Peppers, Arctic Monkeys ... I could honestly go on and on all day. |
| Favorite books | I read quite a lot now, but mostly academic works to do with my course. but one my favourite fiction books ever was Kane & Abel by Jeffrey Archer.. what am I saying anything by Roald Dahl :D |
