| Introduction | I have been a rubberstamper for over 25 + years! I got hooked when I saw a stamp in a consignment store on vacation in Maine. I came home and shared my find with a friend and we were hooked. Unfortunately the rubberstamping craze had not hit our area of the country so we started searching for stamping companies. We then enlisted the aid of a coworker and searched many phone directories across the country using our local library. We placed many orders with these companies and then started searching for places to learn what to do with the stamps we now had. We then traveled to Ohio to a newly organized stamping show in Cincinnati! Then during one of our visits to a class we met a demonstrator for Stampin' Up! We fell in love with the products and began attending classes on a regular basis! Soon after this I took an early retirement from my job and the day after my last day at work I signed up and became a Stampin' Up! Independent Demonstrator. It was the best thing I ever did.
