Introduction	Sparing all the details, about five years ago I was diagnosed with Celiac Disease. The GI doctor said "Yup, you definitely have Celiacs, here is a pamphlet. I don't know much about it. My PA does, she is on maternity leave". Two weeks later I got a letter saying the practice had packed up and moved to Hawaii. As you can imagine, there was a bit of trial and error figuring out my new lifestyle. And here is the thing, I LOVE food! I am a tiny bit of a "foodie". With the help of my wonderful husband we have learned how to (in our opinion) cook gluten free really well. Eating out is still the biggest obstacle, but some places are really doing it right! This little blog is to document my experiences with restaurants, recipes and gluten free products. Hope you enjoy.
