IntroductionFrank W. O’Linn, Ed.D. serves as Secretary for Education and Superintendent of Schools for the Catholic Diocese of Cleveland since his appointment in March of 2019, having previously served as interim superintendent and as associate superintendent for secondary schools. Prior to joining the diocese, he served at St. Edward High School in Lakewood, Ohio from 2002 to 2017 as a teacher, academic dean, and principal. A graduate of Catholic schools in the Diocese of Cleveland, he holds undergraduate and master's degrees from the University of Notre Dame, including from the Alliance for Catholic Education's Teaching Fellows and Mary Ann Remick Leadership Program, and a doctorate from Vanderbilt University's Peabody College. He currently serves the Remick Leadership Program as an Executive Coach. Frank is married to Dr. Amy Rybak O’Linn and they are members of St. Angela Merici parish, where they are active volunteers. All four of their children attend Catholic schools.
