Introduction	Raised in a small rural farming community in Central Iowa, I was brought up with an interest and appreciation for the diversity of Iowa's natural history, landscapes, and ultimately its agricultural bounty. I currently live just west of the Des Moines metro area and enjoy exploring Iowa's trails, rivers and other outdoor areas and sharing about some of those experiences.
