| Introduction | In my "golden" years I would like to share a bit of what has helped me to remain joyful and positive through lifes obstacles and struggles. Half a century ago my mother taught me to look for the "silver lining" in everything and always reminded me that" you get more ants with honey than with vinegar." This has stayed with me all my life and I really want to share some of the lessons I have learned. |
