| Introduction | I am in my 37th year of ministry and 37th year of marriage to Jennifer. Over the years I have directed campus ministries, taken missions trips to Canada, China, Egypt, England, Jordan, Israel, Mexico, South Africa and Zambia. I have pastored congregations, twice directed the local logistics for InterVarsity Christian Fellowship's world renown student missions conference called URBANA, written nearly 700 religion columns for the Champaign-Urbana, IL, News-Gazette and coached and mentored more than 200 pastors and Christian leaders. I have a heart for pastors and Christian leaders. I so want them to finish well. So, I come alongside. I listen well. I ask great questions. I am a coach, a spiritual director, a mentor and a cheerleader all wrapped in one. |
