| Introduction | I have been in the service industry for over 25 years. It started in high school at the local Burger King then onto college where I got a degree in small business consulting. There, I worked in a bar and was social chairman for my frat for 3 years. After an extended stay at college(you know the 5 yr + plan) I came back to Rome to open a business which I owned for over 10 years and then sold. In the meantime I have a done a lot of secret shops and also have a MSPA Gold Certificate which is a certification required to work with most professional mystery shopping companies. It is my intention to get the service we deserve on a consistent basis. |
