| Introduction | I spent most of my legal career with the US Food and Drug Administration, first as a staff attorney, then in a policy position with FDA’s Center for Devices and Radiological Health, lastly in stints the Center for Foods and the Office of the Commissioner. A smaller part of my career was spent in big law, a gig in the early aughts and another from 2016-2019. I’ve used each big law turn to self-fund sabbaticals to indulge other interests. Recently I launched my solo practice in FDA law and consulting, The Stade FDA Consulting Practice. |
