| Introduction | It's been said that you never know what you've missed until it's gone BUT then you never know what you've been missing until it arrives! A mind is like a parachute. It works best when it's open. To me life's for living and the eternal optimists are always exploring the possibilities. There are just so many opportunities are out there but the motivation has to come from within and that's made so much easier when you've found your inner level of contentment meaning you're happy inside your own skin. Remember...you don't stop playing because you grow old. You grow old because you stop playing and laughter will always be the best medicine for what ails you. |
