If you were a pirate, how would you avoid laughing when saying 'poop deck'?

As a mom, there isn't much funny about poop. Just thinking about all the times I've cleaned, witnessed, analyzed, held, wiped and smelled poop...well, laughter isn't the first action that comes to mind. Long story short, I'd make a kickass pirate, because I dislike poop.
