Introduction	I have been involved with New York City real estate since 1997 when I purchased my first coop. I left Wall Street in 2002, worked for my family's mortgage business for a year, and then founded Commodore Mortgage in 2003 and Commodore Property Group a few years later. I live in Harlem with my wife, and I look forward to enjoying this wild economic and real estate ride that we have ahead of us!
