Introduction	I am a proud graduate of Xavier University (go Muskies!)where I earned a BS in Psychology and was fortunate enough to work as adjunct faculty in the OT Dept. My Master of Occupational Therapy degree was earned at the Medical College of Ohio at Toledo. I have more than 19 years experience working as a school based Occupational Therapist in a variety of districts in the Cincinnati and Dayton areas. I've serviced children of all ages and abilities in the areas of fine motor development including visual motor, grasping, and handwriting skills. I've completed all levels of the Handwriting Without Tears training and am currently completing the Level 1 Certification process. I have successfully trained numerous students, teachers, and parents about handwriting development and how to help children succeed with writing in the classroom. While I love being an OT, my favorite title is "Mom" to 2 amazing teenagers AND a sweet, sweet, baby boy (yes, he WAS the greatest surprise ever!)! My husband of 19 years and I spend many wonderful hours running to cross country meets, track meets, and lots of high school events. It's a great life!
