| Introduction | Reynaldo or Bro. Rey, as he is fondly called, came to know the Lord in 1979, Continuously fed by the love of Christ and the richness of the Word that transforms desires, the following year, he dedicated his life to serve God in full time capacity where his heart was prepared through missions. His first real missionary ministry came in 1981 where he ministered in a communist-infested area of Kalinga-Apayao in the northern region of the Philippines to work with the tribes there. Between 1983 to 1986, he was divinely commissioned by the Lord as missionary to Thailand. From 1986 to 1992, Brother Rey worked back to the Philippines ministering to various tribal groups where he was able to establish a good working relationship with them. In 1993, the Lord led him to start Tribes in Asia for Christ as a legitimate organization since there are those who are actively networking with him and others desire to support the ministry. Brother Rey was born and raised in the city of Manila and has been to 9 nations, going in and out of the Philippines and Asia reaching the unreached tribes in Asia and winning them to Christ. |
