| Introduction | Hi there, I'm Shannon and I'm a Mother, a lawyer, a Soldier, a wife, a friend, and I happen to also be a writer. After sharing a good deal of my "posts" on Facebook, I decided to start this happy little blog in hopes of sharing some happy little words with the world. I'm a natural born optimist, but a realist too, and I think I have a unique perspective to share on all aspects of life. I work in state government and so it is unlikely that I will be talking much on here about that - but I enjoy my work and always enjoy finding the balance between work and life. I have a few kids and they are a great source of inspiration in my writing, however, all names are faux. I try to be funny, and sometimes I succeed, but mostly, I just try and make people feel good – and I do it with words (and sometimes bad ones, so just beware). |
