| Introduction | The blog of Eastfield Councillors Brian O'Flynn, Brian Simpson Geoff Evans. Brian writes: as a councillor for Eastfield I am interested in everything that has to do with the great community. There are so many good things happening there and so much done with voluntary help. As a retired teacher I am aware of the lack of opportunities for skills training and would love to see more opportunities for that. The cost and lack of public transport is a big disincentive to many and this need to be addressed. I want to know what people see as important ..being a councillor is not about telling people what is good for them. It's about listening to them to find out their needs and then doing all I can to address them. |
