Introduction	I certainly became a member of the Life Begins At 40 club. Whilst being a regular walker, over the last few years (after receiving a huge wake up call) I started running on the roads to keep fit. This wasn't enough for me as this developed into running trails as well as continuing walking. Having managed to scrape round a few marathons my goals are to take this further.
