| Introduction | Katie Hayes is a photographer based out of Austin, Texas. Her photographic education includes the SALT Institute for documentary studies and she completed a MA degree in photojournalism from The University of Texas at Austin in May of 2009. Recently, she returned to Austin after interning in the multimedia department for NPR. In the summer of 2007, she was the photographic intern for The Washington Times, a daily paper out of Washington, D.C. She was also selected to attend the Eddie Adam's Workshop in October of 2007. |
