Introduction	I am a family physician (to many), a father of two, a grandfather of two more, and a husband of one. I am the quiet one in my family and circle of friends, and everyone is always wondering, "what is going on in his head?" After years of medical practice, I've learned the code: when a patient leaves the exam room, they often say, "oh, by the way..." and the reason for their visit slips out. What is REALLY going on in their heads. So after observing as a doctor for 39 years, as a father for 36 years, a grandfather for 3 years and husband for 40...oh by the way.
