| Introduction | My name is Nia and with my fiancee Mike (soon to be married in August 2010) we own a small artisan confectionery business, where we hand make all our sweets. We specialise in marshmallows & soft caramels but are always experimenting with new ideas and recipes some of which we hope to share in this blog. I also make cotton & linen flower corsages and am hoping to set up an etsy shop to start selling them soon. |
