Which is more important to you and why: flexibility or expandability?

Flexibility is to be prized, whether as a physical attribute or as a mental feature, a deftness at changing perspective and layers of perception. but Expandabity is more important to me. Flexibility can even be a subset of expandability in my view. A desired feature to be added to the list of attributes and accomplishments on an ever expanding conciousness
