Introduction	I'm a 30-something lady living in the Chicago suburbs with my husband. I work at home 75% of the time and excercise about 4-5 times a week. I first started couch to 5k (oct 19, 09) restarted it again (1/18/10) and hope to improve my 5k time and run more races.
