| Introduction | Hi there! Can you tell by my name that I love being healthy and kicking? My passion is teaching others to do the same. As a martial arts instructor, I get to help my students be successful. Sometimes, the confidence learned in class gives them the courage to try new things in other areas of their life. This is way cool! My other passion is good health--physical, mental and financial. Wow! I get to help people with this too. If you're not in good health the rest doesn't really matter. My family is VERY important to me. Mike & I have been married for 38 years and are going strong. We have one daughter by birth and one son by mutual agreement! Our daughter, Jessica, is married (to a Mike, also) and we have two awesome grandkids--Doug and Tasha. Our "adopted" family consists of son, Erik, his wife, Mary, granddaughters, Cheryl, Mikaela, grandson, Morgan, and great granddaughter, Amberleise. As I blog, you'll get to know me better.
