| Introduction | I am about to embark on a journey of a lifetime. An adventure that I have been dreaming about for many years. A whole new life. If your reading this blog you probably know me or know Bikram yoga either way we are about to be one in the same for the next 9 weeks! Oh ya, I am heading to Acapulco, Mexico for 9 straight weeks of what Bikram himself likes to call "Yoga Boot Camp". There are many emotions now and which will continue to surface along this journey. I wanted to keep all of my family and friends updated as I venture thru this exciting time in my life. Thanks for all the love and support that I have already received and please keep it coming, as I know I will need all that I can get!
