| Introduction | Here is my lengthy and mostly true story: I am middle-aged, married to the best man in the world. We have no kids but I was an Early Childhood educator for many years. I have way more more patience with kids than I do adults. My past work has included art and publishing, teaching dance, and later, environmental science. I am a pessimistic optimist. I'm a Pollyanna who's cynical. I am areligious, but not anti-religious. (I'd like to be apolitical too, but am emotionally connected) I believe in tolerance, fairness, equality, karma and unconditional love. I think about the fact that all living things are made of the same DNA- we are all related, us carbon-based lifeforms. I am trying to accentuate the positive and eliminate the negative since my life has been turned around by my diagnosis of Fibromyalgia in March 2004. It occurs to me that in ballet class, it takes a lot of training to perfect a turn. I'm optimistic that I can try to train my life and turn it around again. Even if I get twisted.K'pla! |
