| Introduction | Bermuda Youth Law (BYL) has been created with aim of providing a service to Bermuda's young people to improve their community awareness and their rights and responsibilities under the law. BYL is seeking to work to increase knowledge about the legal issues facing young people through presentations to community groups, schools, post-secondary and law students, law firms, conferences and seminars and to professionals working with youth. It is also the aim of BYL to distribute public legal education and information through print materials and internet resources. We aim to provide information on the following topics: Age of Consent for Sexual Activity, At the Police Station, At School, Convictions, Discrimination, Going to Court, Independent Living, Privacy, Teen Pregnancy, Child Support, Sexual Harassment, Tobacco and Alcohol, Working, Drug Possession |
