| Introduction | Diagnosis Date - 31 December 2007; Invasive Ductal Carcinoma (IDC) & Ductal Carcinoma in Situ (DCIS) Lumpectomy - 14 December 2007 Re-excisions - 31 January & 6 March 2008 Stage 2, Grade 2 Lymph Node-, HR+, HER2-, BRCA- Treatment; 4 cycles of chemotherapy; Cytoxan (cyclophosphamide) & Taxotere (docetaxel), every 21 days. Chemo completed July 2008. 6 and 1/2 weeks of daily Radiation completed at the end of September 2008. Left radical mastectomy with tram flap reconstruction August 2009. |
