| Introduction | I'm your average housewife in an average American city and I'm awfully happy about it. I am head over heels in love with my duck-hunting, fly-fishing husband and enjoy raising our two crazy kids. When I was little, my mother taught me a song that went, "When I grow up, I want to be a mommy, and have a family. One little, two little, three little children of my own." I embraced that idea, that motherhood was going to be the best thing I ever got to do. It has turned out to be harder than I thought, but I still feel like I'm blessed to be living this dream out. |
