| Introduction | I am a wife, step-mother, foster mother, business owner, and college student. I am currently working toward my Bachelor's in Psychology with a concentration in Criminal Justice. I then plan to earn a Master's in Forensic Psychology with a specialization in Mental Health Application. I plan to work as a prison psychologist to earn the experience needed to become a criminal profiler. I have always been drawn to this career, but only recently put my educational requirements into action. I have studied serial killers for many years, but have an interest in other criminals/crime as well. I have rescued animals for most of my life, and currently have 8 cats, 3 dogs, 6 sugar gliders, 1 iguana, 1 Bailey's pocket mouse, and several fish. Most of which are rescues. I grow a vegetable garden every year in my back yard. I have been fostering children since February of 2012, but I plan to do it for as long as I am able. My family has been through many situations that most foster families never experience, and I see that as a sign or a test. |
