Introduction	Hi I'm Brenda Billo, cake decorator and this is me... In 2001 I signed up for the Wilton Cake Decorating class at Michaels Arts & Crafts store just for fun. There were three different levels so I signed up for level one. I absolutely loved it and before you knew it I had completed all three levels. Soon after my completion my instructor asked if I was interested in instructing, and I was. I became a Wilton Cake Decorator Instructor and taught at Michaels for about 15 months. While teaching I attended seminars and workshops where I learned new techniques and perfected my current ones. I taught many students at each level but I wanted more. I started doing family’s special occasion cakes like birthdays and anniversary’s and then I was asked to do a wedding cake pictured in a Martha Stewart Weddings magazine. With little knowledge of wedding cakes and just a picture I agreed to do the cake. It was my first master piece and the bride loved it. She recommended me to a friend… and the rest is history. Now I am doing what I love. I've served many in Edmonton & St Albert and now I'm serving St Paul and area.
