| Introduction | I am a born again Christian. That is the most important thing to know about me. Being a Christian is the greatest honor and privilege in a person's life (my life!). Being a Christian, I sought and followed God's will for my life. He gave me a love for children and led me to be a teacher. I'm not just a teacher, but I have the awesome and amazing privilege to be a Christian school teacher. I teach at the Christian school associated with my church in Richmond, Virginia. I am a first grade teacher, and I love it! I love working with and teaching "my children." But, I love most serving the Lord and teaching these kids that God has given me more about Him. What a blessing! Now, being a Christian isn't always easy. It is a constant learning experience. On my blogs, I share with you some of the great things I get to experience from working with children--- "Out of the Mouth of Babes." I am also showing how I am Learning to Lean on God's Arms. That is a personal "diary" of sorts of things the Lord is teaching me, as His child. |

| Favorite books | My favorite book is the Bible. I also love to read devotional books and books that can help me to be a better child of God. I also enjoy reading books about teaching and parenting(even though I'm not a parent!). |
