| Introduction | I'm a 34 year old mother, wife-to-be, student, daughter, and friend. I'm majoring in Gerontology (hence my ID name)and I'm graduating in the spring of 2010. I love working with older adults and I know that specific age group population is rapidly expanding. It's my goal to help as many aging adults as possible. Just because they are older doesn't mean they are worthless. I cherish their knowledge and experience. So if I'm about to be married, have four kids, and a full-time student...When do I have time to make anything? Whenever I need a break, or I have some down time, or I'm just plain avoiding homework, I will create. I love resin, paper, metalworking, fabric, and glass. I'm alway looking to create something new. Crafting gives me a creative outlet and I've found that I desperately need that.
