| Introduction | I am an average guy with a not so average hobby of tasting as many wines as I can in this lifetime and sharing my love affair with wine over a blog. This is a "wine porn" web page where I will share all the luscious, delicious, aromatic, flavorful wines I drink (as well as those that are not so tasty). As a science minded geek I once categorized wine as a pseudoscience but after opening up my mind to the aromas and flavors found in wine I found wine tasting to be very science based (with exceptions). Above all, I have found wine to be very educational, relaxing, and enjoyable. So grab that "2 buck chuck" you've been saving up for a special occasion and join me as I learn about this (sometimes) elitist, bottled, and fermented grape juice for grown ups. |
