Introduction	Born in Birmingham, Alabama, lucky gal from the start. Lovely parents, a high school crown, and unlimited possibility. College days at Auburn University - Alpha Omicron Pi sister and Pi Kappa Phi little sister - a full-time party guest and eventually, Bachelor of Fine Arts earned with honors. Later, decades in precious NYC, acting in Greenwich Village, doing summer stock, going union, dancing, survival waitressing, followed by paralegal work and gigging as an aerobics mistress. Then, shift - move to Chicago - a Masters Degree in Lit/English earned at Northeastern Illinois University followed by adjunct instructor life at that school, Harold Washington City College, and Loyola University. Then, an escape to the semi-tropics to continue composition instruction in zip code 33701. The ride continued. Now, I live in our rip-tide Panhandle, always with a feline. On my own and carrying on.
