| Introduction | I believe family is who you find along the way and not (always) what you are born into. That said, I have three children, a boy who just turned one- The Pirate- and brand spankin' new twin girls (still working on blog nicknames for them). My husband fell in love with me because of my burrtitos (yes, I really mean the food you roll in a torlilla, it’s not a bizarre reference to part of my body). When in Paris I ate tarte aux framboises every chance I had- whenever I saw them in the window of a patisserie. I can level a picture by sight. When I met my husband I had 3 toolboxes and he had none. I am often so sincere it borders on naiveté, or am I just bitingly sarcastic? I sometimes say things which sound harsh and bitchy, b/c I do not have the habit that my brother does of taking up to/ upwards of 3 minutes to say something. He's not slow- just very deliberate. I am passionate to a fault and have consciously worked on curbing my temper- if you don't believe me, you can go take a flying leap. I adore my friends and would pretty much do anything for them (esp. involving nun-chuck skills or a big hug). |
| Interests | Reese's PB Cups, burrtitos, samosas, my nizzle & babizzles, dinner w/ friends- food wine & good company, I have a million interests- but not always "sticktoitiveness", I am good/ damn good at: massage, woodworking, cooking, baking, throwing pots, sculpting, gardening, painting, I love my dog as if she were my first-born, Benecio del Toro is hot- but I'd still pick my husband most days of the week, Forest Whitaker is the most underrated actor in Hollywood (well, he just got the Oscar, so not anymore)- I would lurve to see him in a romantic lead, lemon bars, yoga |
