Introduction	Rebecca Y. Starr is an educator, lawyer, mother, wife and - most important to this blog - the survivor of a traumatic surfing accident. Professionally, she advises organizations on a host of issues related to higher education. She bring an original approach to engaging students, families and university officials and is committed to making the college experience effective for Gen Z. Starr received her J.D., cum laude, from Georgetown University Law Center in 2000 and is a Phi Beta Kappa graduate of Brown University where she received her A.B. in Anthropology in 1993. Starr lives in Narberth, PA with her husband and two young sons.
