| Introduction | I am 35 and the mom to two amazing daughters, step mom to a fantastic young woman and nana to my beautiful granddaughter. I started my fitness journey at the end of 2015 with 80 pounds to lose and tons of knowledge to gain. I chose the 21 Day Fix (a fantastic Beachbody program by Autumn Calabrese) and quickly saw the results I had been craving for years! After two very successful rounds I decided to take my journey to the next level and chose to become a Team Beachbody Coach. Helping others reach their fitness dreams and goals quickly became a passion! |
