Introduction	My name is John. I'm a rebel. I'm a computer guy. I'm also overweight. I'm a single father of 3 young kids. My son is my youngest, being 6 years old. Then, I have 2 daughters, one 9 and the other 10 (ages are as of 6/2013, my son will be 7 in November). Even though we do things together, I would love to be able to be more active with them. Losing weight will be the biggest step in that direction.
