| Introduction | I'm just a guy, who likes to watch wildlife, and the more I watch, the more I realize, I'm not as superior as I once thought, over other animals, trees, or even rocks, and, maybe if I try to listen, to them, without interuption, from the other meaningless distractions of the world, I just might find, that they, in their simplistic approach, already know, the secrets, I've been seeking, all along. I am inspired by other humans who seem to have glimpsed this insight on a deeper level, such as John Muir and Henry David Thoreau. If it ever seems I am writing as someone who knows this insight personally I can assure you you are grossly incorrect, for I am as much a fool as anyone else. If any knowledge seems to shine forth in anything I write it is only by chance, a stroke of luck, and is should be treated as such. |
