| Introduction | I live in the Northeast Georgia Mountains, the most gorgeous place on earth. I am a single mom and I am helping raise my son’s 3 year old daughter. This is a joy as I was working and putting myself through school while my children were babies. I also care for my 88 year old dad, and keep my three grand-nephews often. My life is insanely busy. I am, though, pretty laid back, a quiet spoken reader in a house hold with a grumpy old man, a teen, an young man, and a willful 3 year old. Not to mention a huge Malamute dog, and three cats! I need medication! (Or meditation or mediation…something!) I have an Associate in Applied Science and a Medical Laboratory Certification through community college. I have 15+ years of experience in Medical Laboratory. I LOVED MY JOB! I loved my patients, I loved the science, and I loved the constant, brutal, madhouse rush and never having any two days in a row be the same, (Laboratory is like a box of chocolates…you never know whut chu’re gonna git). But…due to a medical problem, I can no longer work in the lab. I am now in school for a Communications/Journalism degree and hope to be a writer. Third times a charm!!! |

| Favorite music | Good country, old southern rock, contemporary gospel, classic gospel, top 40's of the 70's & 80's,a few broadwway show tunes and a little classical opera for good measure. |
